1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 35bat ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, or otherwise using any feature of the 35bat platform, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. These Terms take effect from the date of your first use of the platform.

35bat reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after revised Terms are published constitutes acceptance of those changes. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register for and use a 35bat account you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times. 35bat reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited and 35bat employs age verification measures to enforce this restriction.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. Verifying this before registering is your sole responsibility.
• You may hold only one account on the 35bat platform. Multiple accounts registered to the same person, household, IP address, or payment method are not permitted and may result in suspension of all associated accounts.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or close relative of a 35bat employee, or of any affiliated company, partner, or software provider associated with 35bat.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order on 35bat or any other gambling platform. If you have self-excluded, you must not attempt to register or otherwise use the platform.

35bat may at any time request documentary evidence to verify your age, identity, address, or source of funds. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full features of 35bat you must register a personal account. Registration requires a valid Bangladesh mobile number and a password you choose. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and to update that information promptly whenever it changes.

Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. Never share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account or believe your credentials have been compromised, notify the 35bat support team immediately via live chat.
• You must not allow any other person to access or operate your 35bat account on your behalf. Each account is strictly personal and may only be used by the registered account holder.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place in your account, whether or not you authorised it. 35bat is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you failed to take reasonable steps to secure your credentials.

Account Verification (KYC)

35bat operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to meet responsible gaming and anti-fraud obligations. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method before any withdrawal is processed. Verification requests are communicated via live chat. Withdrawals may be held pending successful KYC completion.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

35bat supports a range of payment methods for players in Bangladesh including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bKash and Nagad deposits typically clear within 60 seconds. The minimum single deposit is ৳500.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum single deposit is ৳500. 35bat does not charge a deposit fee, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges for which 35bat accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Depositing via third-party accounts is strictly prohibited and may lead to account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• 35bat reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that we reasonably suspect to be fraudulent, linked to money laundering, or otherwise in violation of these Terms.
• Deposited funds left unused for 90 days following the last account activity may be subject to the platform's account inactivity policy, details of which are available from the support team on request.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals are processed only to a payment method verified as belonging to the account holder. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• All active bonus wagering requirements attached to your account must be met in full before any withdrawal is processed. Attempting to withdraw before meeting requirements results in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• 35bat reserves the right to request additional documentation confirming the source of funds before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds.
• Processing times depend on the chosen payment method. 35bat aims to process all withdrawal requests promptly but accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party processors or technical issues outside our control.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

35bat offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions below alongside any specific terms published with each individual promotion.

• Every bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses are credited as bonus funds and kept separate from your real-money balance until wagering requirements are fulfilled. Your account displays your real-money and bonus balances separately.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per payment method. 35bat reserves the right to withdraw any bonus where evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage, or exploitation is identified.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash except by satisfying the stated wagering requirement. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting requirements results in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• 35bat reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not apply retroactively to bonuses already credited to player accounts.

Seasonal and event-based promotions tied to BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other calendar events are subject to their own specific terms published when each promotion is activated. Review individual promotion terms before participating.

6. Gameplay and Betting Rules

All games and betting markets on 35bat are operated using certified RNG engines or live dealer systems provided by licensed third-party software suppliers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, and Spribe. 35bat does not manipulate game outcomes; all results are determined independently of the platform.

Casino and Slots Rules

• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all casino games and slot titles. These limits are displayed within each game interface and may vary by game provider, game type, and player status.
• In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or disconnection during an active round, the round result may be voided and the staked amount returned to your account. 35bat accepts no liability for losses resulting from technical interruptions beyond our control.
• Game results are final once a game round completes. Players who believe a result is erroneous must contact support within 48 hours of the relevant round. Claims submitted outside this window may not be investigated.

Sports Betting Rules

• 35bat reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of irregular betting patterns, match manipulation, insider information, or any other form of sports fraud. Winnings from voided bets will not be paid.
• Live in-play betting markets are offered subject to availability and may be suspended or closed at any time where market integrity cannot be ensured. Accepted in-play bets will be honoured unless voided under the circumstances described above.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 35bat platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

• Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one account on the 35bat platform, whether under your own identity or an assumed identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other unsanctioned technology to interact with the platform, including automated betting systems and screen-scraping tools.
• Colluding with other players, sharing information about live casino hands or sports outcomes prior to settlement, or engaging in any activity that distorts fair competition.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime, including depositing and withdrawing funds without genuine gaming activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or mathematical vulnerabilities in games or betting markets to generate winnings in a manner inconsistent with the intended game mechanics.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point when interacting with 35bat or its support team.

35bat actively monitors account activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, we reserve the right to withhold all pending transactions, close the account with immediate effect, and retain the account balance as compensation for damages caused.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

35bat may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to do so. The following circumstances may lead to account suspension or termination:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct listed in Section 7.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the timeframe requested by 35bat.
• Evidence that an account holder no longer meets the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2, including falling below the minimum age requirement.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or other legal obligation requiring 35bat to suspend or close the account.

Upon termination for cause, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited by 35bat as compensation for damages. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach has occurred, the remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be refunded to the player's verified payment method.

9. Responsible Gaming

35bat is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its player base. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 35bat account holders free of charge:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a 7-day cooling-off period.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any platform content without the prior written permission of 35bat. Unauthorised use may result in account termination and legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 35bat excludes all liability for losses of any kind arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Any loss of funds resulting from gambling activity, including losses on sports bets, casino games, slots, crash games, or any other product available on the platform.
• Technical failures, service interruptions, or data loss caused by factors outside 35bat's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, third-party system outages, or force majeure events.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, loss of profits, or loss of business opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even where 35bat was advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

35bat collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering for a 35bat account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. We use SSL encryption to protect data in transit and apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data at rest. 13. Amendments to These Terms

35bat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Registered players may also be notified of material changes via the contact details held on their account.

Your continued use of the 35bat platform after updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 35bat is registered and operated. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute, we encourage players to contact our support team via live chat in the first instance. We aim to resolve all player complaints promptly and fairly.
